Payment collection does not imply ownership of Dell Book Publishing by JBFam. Relevant billing and transaction information may be shared with JBFam and payment providers to process payments, refunds and billing inquiries. Project information is shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver agreed services.

Changes to agreed services require written agreement. If we cannot complete agreed work, we notify you and review refunds for undelivered services under the applicable agreement.
Upon full payment, rights to final commissioned deliverables are transferred as specified in your agreement. Pre-existing tools, fonts, stock assets and other third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. Your original manuscript remains yours.
You retain rights to your pre-existing manuscript and materials at all times. Rights to newly commissioned deliverables are governed by your written agreement and applicable third-party licenses. Delivery of unpaid commissioned files may be withheld where the agreement permits; this does not transfer ownership of your original manuscript.
Clients are responsible for confirming they have the legal rights to all manuscripts, content, images, ideas, references, and materials submitted for use in their projects.
Your written proposal specifies the price, scope, payment schedule, revision allowances and any third-party fees before payment. Changes to an accepted project require written agreement; extra work is quoted separately before it begins.
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, taxes, or financial institution charges.
